Jason and I made a little trip to the emergency room in the middle of the night on Sunday. He has been really sick and had to miss work yesterday. He had high hopes that he would be able to go back today and also to feel better for his special day. Well, no such luck...he's still pretty sick and had to call in again today which means he'll have to double up on his patient schedule to work in the kiddos that didn't get seen. I hope that he'll be all recovered by the weekend so he can at least enjoy his birthday party!!! I know today may not be all that great of a day for him, but happy birthday anyway!
