Easy as 1 - 2 - 3

Sorry to keep blogging about nursery project updates, but it seems like that’s what I’ve been up to lately – or at least concentrating on completing. Our friend, Shawn, came over to see the nursery this weekend and brought up the point that whatever I hang over the crib should be something light in case John Hall should pull it down to avoid injury. Well, this seriously threw a kink in my plans to have my “fancy” painting hanging there, so I decided to make something that fit the bill. I stopped by Hobby Lobby where the canvas’ were on sale and also found these cardboard letters for $1.99 each. I brought them home and started my project yesterday and allowed them to dry overnight. I glued the letters today and hung them on the wall…here is the final result.
